Despatch
Your order will be despatched by First Class mail within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.
Personalised stamp orders will be despatched to you as soon as possible after manufacture,
usually within two days if approval is received of the proof which you will receive via email.
Please respond asap to the email with the proof attached to ensure quick despatch.
Digital Items
These will be emailed to you asap after payment and postage will be refunded if you are only buying digital items.

Payment methods
Choose your payment method at checkout, if you would like to send a cheque or postal order,
click the Pay by Post button and your order will come through and await your payment.
Please ensure you complete all the checkout pages so that the order will be completed and you will
receive a confirmation email with an order number.
Pay by Post orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 7days.

no details of your account are passed to us if you pay using these methods.

You do not need a Paypal account to pay using Paypal, just an email address. You will be able to
pay using your usual debit and credit cards through Paypal's secure site.
International orders must be paid with Paypal or Google - please make the payment using £GBP,
the currency conversion will be made for you.
