Verse stamps are great used on the front of cards as the main focal point. Try printing a background and stamping directly onto it. Or print a frame a couple of centimetres larger than the stamp and stamp into that; then cut it out, layer it and use foam pads to attach it to the card. Mounted verses and sentiments are also very useful to put inside the card and can be used instead of inserts.  The clear stamps make positioning your text easy, you can see through them and the acrylic block to get your text just where you want it.
