These are messages for people who have contacted Stampingallday but do not appear to be receiving the email replies. Also messages to customers who have not replied to emailed proofs for custom stamps.
Problem paying with Paypal?
If the last button on the checkout pages is not clicked the whole order is aborted. After logging in to your Paypal account you will be returned to the shop site to check and confirm your order. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'continue through checkout' button. Scroll to the bottom of the following page and click the Paypal Express logo 'confirm order' button. The Paypal Guest payment facility does not work if you are using a mobile device to order.
Proofs of custom stamps are emailed to you within a day of ordering. If you haven't had the email it is usually because the email address on your order is invalid, or the email is in your junk folder. Invalid emails are passed on through your Paypal account. If you haven't received your order confirmation or payment confirmation from Paypal this is the likely cause. To correct the problem please log in to your Paypal account and enter a valid email into your Paypal profile. Then please email me (after checking your junk folder) using a valid email so that I can re-send your proof.
